Experience Unmatched Serenity at The Pierside Santa Monica

"By far the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. Stayed here last minute for my birthday & from the moment I called for early check in (345pm) until the moment I checked out… amazing customer service. I believe his name was Ty that checked me in, started off by wishing me a happy birthday and letting me know they gave me the best room possible, he said sadly the suites were full but they still put me top floor with the water and park view. They gave me so many complimentary drinks and when I went into the room, they had a beautiful smores dessert and a bottle of alcohol for me, with a card wishing me a happy birthday. The blackout curtains were amazing. AC wasn’t too loud and I honestly slept amazing. The pillows and mattress were the comfiest I’ve laid on. I’ll forever brag about this hotel and staff and will absolutely be staying here again and again. It’s also right by the boardwalk, maybe a 30 second walk. A huge parking garage across the street as well if you aren’t able to pay for their valet parking! Tons of great food and bars in walking distance too. 1000/10."

"Great hotel in Santa Monica! The room had a beautiful view, and the location is excellent. The front desk staff were outstanding — very friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A very nice bonus was the complimentary bike rental. Riding bikes in the early morning around Santa Monica was an amazing experience and definitely a highlight of the stay. The only downside was the bar. Unfortunately, the Old Fashioned cocktail was not good and felt poorly made and unprofessional, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, a great hotel, and I would definitely stay here again."

"I stayed at the Pierside Hotel for a three night staycation and loved every moment. It’s incredibly dog friendly, which was a big plus. There’s a beautiful little park just around the corner that made morning and evening walks with my pup so easy and enjoyable. The room was spotless and stocked with Sachajuan products, which I’m now in love with! The pool area was another highlight: spacious enough for swimming without worrying about bumping into others, with very comfortable furniture, a private feel, and perfect sun exposure for tanning. The staff were outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. I also loved the restaurant’s patio; it’s ideal for happy hour and people-watching. I could eat their crispy Brussels sprouts all day! They even have menu items for dogs. I especially loved the drink selection in the lobby coolers—a unique touch I haven’t experienced at other boutique hotels. The hotel’s location couldn’t be better. It’s perfect for strolling around Santa Monica, with shops, restaurants, and the beach just steps away. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend the Pierside Hotel to anyone—especially those traveling with dogs—looking for a clean, stylish boutique hotel."

"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was in a perfect location and offered spacious beautiful furnished rooms with an incredible view. All of the products and amenities were excellent, and the employees were incredibly helpful. Our dogs were warmly welcomed, which made the trip even more special. There was so much to do in the surrounding areas—parks, beaches, shopping everything you can imagine for a relaxing getaway. It was truly a luxurious experience for our family, would definitely return."

The team was amazing and so welcoming, food at Surfing Fox was awesome(Jaire makes the best hotel coffee I've had in my entire life. We opted to get coffee here instead of walking to other coffee shops because it was so good. Valet was super speedy and helpful. Just an overall amazing experience, thank you!"
